AVIA 3A PURE WATER PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY
1. Water filter line
AVIA factory invests in Israeli 10-level water treatment technology (made in the United States), combined with a special water source (regarded as one of the three best water sources in Hanoi).
Thanks to that, AVIA can create AVIA 3A pure water drops that taste as good as natural rain water and are absolutely safe for the health of users.
2. The bottle washing, filling, and capping line
The aseptic room utilizes 3-in-1 technology: automatic washing, filling, and capping machines imported from the United States.
> Automatic bottle washing: Firstly, an advanced system sprays an appropriate amount of sterilizing solution inside and onto the surface of the bottles to ensure absolute safety.
> Automatic water filling: The water is automatically poured into each bottle through a precise filling system, ensuring consistency in the amount of water filled into each bottle, thus achieving uniformity in quality and volume for each product.
> Automatic bottle capping: The system automatically presses and tightens the bottle caps, ensuring maximum sealing and safety. This not only prevents leakage and oxidation but also protects the water inside from external impacts, ensuring the preservation of the original taste and optimal quality in each product.
3. Lines for labeling, printing date, packing boxes
After the water is extracted into the bottle, the product will be taken to the stage of labeling, printing date, wrapping the lid, packing the box and following the conveyor belt, each box is stored in the warehouse area on the first floor of the building.
EQUIPMENT - TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF GA TRONG AN NAM ALCOHOL
1. Standard rice cooker and yeast mixing room
This area is designed including: Standard room to ensure saturated steam conditioning during operation, inside is an automatic cooking tank with a capacity of 1500kg of rice/cooking time and Control cabinet.
The operation process is programmed by the PLC system at the control cabinet: Rice is loaded into the mouth of the tank, then the rice will be washed, soaked and steamed, cooled and mixed with yeast according to the established process.
2. Standard fermentation room
The room is designed according to clean room standards, equipped with a system of cooling, heating, humidity control and clean air circulation in the room.
Operating standards are set and operated via a computer screen thereby maintaining the fermentation specifications stably, creating optimal conditions for beneficial microorganisms to grow and suppress the growth of wild microorganisms that are not beneficial to health and are the source of unwanted impurities such as aldehydes, methanol… which are harmful toxins to the consumers health.
3. Fermentation tank system
The second stage fermentation tank system is designed including 08 insulation tanks. The double-layer design of the tank ensures complete temperature control throughout the fermentation process. Fermentation temperature is controlled through the standard temperature setting at the central control cabinet so that the cooling and warming water circulation system is activated when needed to maintain a stable set temperature. .
The tank is also designed with a stirring motor system, a clean air supply system that creates optimal conditions for the growth of beneficial microorganisms. This almost completely eliminates the unwanted by-products of fermentation. The fermentation process reaches the highest efficiency, giving the safest and best quality alcohol product.
4. Multistage distillation equipment
Multistage distillation equipment is manufactured under the supervision and technical advice of Japanese winemakers. The number 1 preeminent distillation technology is applied at wineries around the world.
- Fabrication materials: SUS 304 and pure red copper.
- Container capacity: 3000 liters/cooking batch.
- Design capacity: 18,000 liters/day and night.
- Operation mode: Automatic.
5. Alcohol storage room: Oak barrels, Jars and Stainless steel tanks
After distillation through a multi-level distillation system, the alcohol undergoes further processing through AVIA’s multi-stage filtration system and is then stored in various types of containers. Depending on the type of alcohol, we store them in barrels, oak casks, or stainless steel tanks. The storage process is carefully controlled and maintained for a minimum of 18 months, an average of 3 years, and even longer for some aged products, up to 10 years or more.
The significance of long-term and proper storage of alcohol is to allow the harmonization of the alcohol, bringing the components closer together and blending them. As a result, the product becomes smoother, softer, and exhibits enhanced aroma due to the aging process. This aging process allows drinkers to easily perceive the essence of rice alcohol, experiencing its finest qualities.
6. Alcohol bottling line
AVIA uses alcohol bottling lines imported directly from Poland.
